01 Context
Argus is SoftMachine's ERP, with inventory, sales and analytics modules used on the web and on mobile. I worked on its web front-end and mobile app as a software engineer at SoftMachine, alongside the team that owns the platform.
02 Challenge & constraints
Enterprises were running inventory, sales and analytics across disconnected tools, with no single role-aware view and no way to capture data away from a desk.
Constraints
- Two clients — web dashboards and a mobile app — on one back-end.
- What each user sees is scoped to their role.
- Staff in the field capture and sync records away from a desk.

04 What I built
