The problem
Restaurants doing B2B delivery were flying blind — no live view of where an order was, and no fast way for drivers to manage a run.
What I built
As lead mobile developer I built the React Native apps behind the platform: live GPS tracking on Google Maps, route handling for drivers, and a real-time order pipeline over Socket.IO so every status change lands instantly. The result is a delivery operation everyone can actually see.
