This is the personal portfolio of Ali Hajj Hassan. It is a static website with one interactive feature that collects information — the contact form. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what your choices are. It's intentionally short, because the site does very little with your data.
What I collect
If you submit the contact form, I receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, the type of service and budget range you selected, and the project details you write. I don't collect anything else through that form, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam-prevention honeypot that is ignored unless filled by a bot.
How it's used
Your message is used for one purpose: to read it and reply to you. The submission is delivered to my email inbox (via a transactional email provider) so I can respond. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Hosting & processors
The site is served as static files by a web host (such as Vercel or Netlify), which may keep standard server logs (for example, IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability. The contact form is processed by a serverless function and an email delivery service purely to relay your message to me. These providers act as processors on my behalf.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Any preference the browser stores (such as reduced-motion handling) stays on your device.
Retention
Contact messages live in my email for as long as they're useful for our conversation or any work that follows. You can ask me to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information you sent me. Just email alihjhsn57@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
